Mel One Property Maintenance Pty Ltd handles roof repair enquiries made through this website. This notice explains what reaches the team and the services used to deliver it.
Information collected through the enquiry form

- Your phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- Your suburb and, optionally, the property address
- The description of the roof concern you choose to share
- Optional roof type, service requested, preferred contact method and how you found us
If you call or email the team directly, the information you share in that conversation helps us respond and follow up. The online form does not upload photos; you can discuss useful images with the team by email. Please do not send payment-card details or identity documents in a repair enquiry.
Where an online enquiry goes
The form sends your details to this website's server, which uses Resend to email the business recipients configured for roof enquiries. A reference ID and basic source information, such as the landing page and campaign or referral source, accompany the request so the team can follow it up. We use the message to assess the request, contact you, discuss any inspection or repair and keep the related correspondence. Relevant details may be shared with the person assessing or carrying out the work where needed.
Enquiry messages are held in the business email and delivery systems. Ask us if you want to know what is held about a particular enquiry. Email delivery providers may process information outside Australia.
Technical information
When the enquiry form is submitted, limited technical information is processed for security and abuse-prevention purposes. This includes the request's IP address for a short-lived submission rate limit and a hidden spam-check field. Session storage also remembers basic enquiry-source information during your browser session.
Basic interaction events
Google Analytics measures site visits and actions such as phone and email clicks, form starts and successful enquiries. We do not intentionally place your name, message or contact details in custom analytics event fields. Analytics services can still process browser identifiers and other technical information, and may process it outside Australia.
